Complaints Procedure

If you feel you have experienced an issue with any of our services, please let us know so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible by writing to admin@englishonline.uk.com

If we are unable to resolve your problem or you wish to make a complaint, please follow these steps:

Making a Complaint

Please contact the relevant member of our staff, in writing, in connection with your problem - the key contact details are listed below.

We will respond as soon as we are reasonably able.

Please Note:

• We will keep a record of all complaints;
• You are welcome to bring another person to a virtual meeting for support or translation purposes;
• Formal complaints need to be made within 4 weeks of any event and within 2 weeks following completion of a course. Complaints made outside this period may not be considered.

Complaints regarding content on our website

If you complain about any of the content on our website, we will examine your complaint. If we feel it is justified or if we believe the law requires us to do so, we will remove the content while we examine your complaint.

The information about our courses on this website is correct at the time of publication, as far as we can reasonably determine . This website is published by Owen Owen Languages UK, who have undertaken to ensure that the information it contains is as accurate as possible at the time of production. Owen Owen Languages UK cannot be held responsible, in any way whatsoever, for any errors or omissions in the information, which may also change periodically, hereon.

While we make every effort to provide courses as planned, we do reserve the right to cancel a course or modify any course delivery or student numbers and so this could result in a place on a course being cancelled. Thus, our offer of any place on a course is conditional on our ability to provide the course and so it may sometimes be necessary for us to move or withdraw a course due to unforeseeable circumstances. Therefore, Owen Owen Languages UK cannot guarantee the provision of all courses advertised on this website. Where such an event arises, applicants will be informed and the offer of a place on a course will expire.

However, where a course is cancelled or modified in any way to that advertised due to circumstances specified above, Owen Owen Languages UK will endeavour to transfer students onto an alternative course, should one exist, which is appropriate and available.
